The valvetronic dump race pipe is the exhaust component you want to either cruise or ride fast and loud. Taken from our proven designs on turbocharged supercars and our top selling Can-Am X3 dump pipe, this is the perfect way to increase performance, sound, and maintain a stock appearance. This new race pipe removes the factory downpipe from the exhaust system that goes between the turbocharger and the exhaust muffler. There is a slight audible change present compared to a full stock exhaust system that is very tolerable when cruising forest trails, private property, or other sound conscious areas.However, with the flip of a toggle switch, this exhaust dump pipe gives you a true "Mild to Wild" change in sound and performance. The electronically operated valve opens up diverting your exhaust flow straight out of the turbocharger. This gives an incredible race sound where you can hear your turbo spool up under load while reducing any backpressure from the stock exhaust muffler. When opened, everyone will see and hear you coming! This pipe has been designed as an OEM replacement which will work with other aftermarket mufflers as well. The kit includes everything necessary for the installation including the plug and play light up switch, electronic valve motor, and other necessary hardware.Each pipe is manufactured with T304 stainless steel piping that has been precision TIG welded in proven fixtures. The turbo connection flange has been machined to provide optimal flow from the stock or aftermarket turbocharger. A flexible bellow is used to prevent cracking from the engine movement to the rigid exhaust mounts. The connection from the dump pipe to the muffler retains the 3 bolt design for an easy installation. Each pipe has an O2 bung welded on for the factory oxygen sensor. All pipes feature the AP logo nameplate tacked in place.
