General Details:

Motul Specific 504 00 507 00 5w-30 is a fully synthetic, low SAPS engine oil designed specifically for VAG group recent cars, including Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and Seat.

Application:

Specifically designed for VAG Group recent cars (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and Seat) with petrol or diesel engines requiring a VW 504 00 & 507 00 approved engine oil. This includes those fitted with Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6 engines that require a lubricant with low Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus and Sulphur (low SAPS) for after treatment systems including catalytic converters (CAT), SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter).

Note: Do not mix with oils that are not VW 504 00 507 00 compliant.

- Volkswagen R5 and V10 TDI engines from MY2003 to MY2007 must only use an approved VW 506 01 lubricant in viscosity grade 0w-30 such as Motul Specific 506 01 506 00 503 00 0w-30
- Drain intervals remain fixed at 15 000 km in Europe for any car calling exclusively for VW 501 01, 502 00, 505 00 or 505 01 oils even if the vehicle is using this oil or .

* Fully backwards compatible over previous VW oil standards including VW 501 01, 502 00, 503 00 and 503 01 for petrol engines, and VW 505 00, 505 01, 506 00 and 506 01 for diesel engines.
