But now you can unleash the full potential of your engine by replacing the original intercooler with our groundbreaking high performance intercooler from Wagner Tuning. The Wagner Tuning high performance intercooler impresses with a new type of performance Intercooler core and dimensions of 150mm x 185mm x 114mm, specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of the VW engine. With 106% more external core volume compared to the original intercooler, this high performance champion sets new standards. The perfect ratio between internal and external cooling surface allows for maximum heat transfer while ensuring optimal internal airflow. The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimised using CAD design and CFD simulations to achieve excellent cooling characteristics with minimal back pressure. Enjoy optimal cooling of the charged air and feel the significant increase in performance!
